Why revert the edit
On 30 September 2011 the article "Soyuz (comics)" has been proposed for deleting (reason: lack of notability). On 8 October 2011, the article still was not deleted, and another user changed it to a redirection page to "List of teams and organizations in DC Comics".
Here's the problem. That next article to which this page redirected, included (as a list) a link to this article and NO informations about the subject. It created some kind of self-redirecting cirle. This wasn't logical and was not very useful. I think that even if the article Soyuz doesn't discuss a subject very notable and generally important, it might be useful for someone. Also, although it got proposed for deletion, that did not happen.
Unfortunately that is not a reason to recreate this article. Much less in such a way that notability is still not established.
If you feel there are grounds that show that a very minor, little used set of characters is notable, provide them and show a consensus for the recreation before you do it.
