It would be good to have a summary on her sale of three cemeteries for 15p (sic), which later had to be bought back at great cost to the ratepayer and Council tax payer (was it the Council tax by then?) There is a separate section on this but a one para summary would be in order here I feel. Oh and also something needed on her early and vociferous championing of the Poll Tax, saying that 'No taxation without Representation' should be inverted to 'No Representation without Taxation'! Also some discussion about how she was able to hold onto her damehood (I recall stripping her of it was mooted but not pursued). [Brian C, 25/10/17]
