the blog appears to have been deleted and the root page says "access forbidden". if the project ain't dead, it's surely doing an excellent imitation of it. :(

Strictly speaking, the developers website has not been deleted. The shiira.jp site is gone, but his own site at hmdt.jp is still there and you can even see the archive of shiira related posts (in Japanese) on it by searching for シイラ (Shiira in Japanese katakana script). — Preceding
