Needs help
The subject is sufficiently notable — it's the major TV group in a city of 14 million or so people — so there needs to be an article. What's here now must be either a cut-and-paste from the subject's website (copyviol?) or a press release. It's written in Chinglish in Chinese management-speak. So the article needs a major rewrite.
