Change “She is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Match Group.” to “She is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Match Group, which owns and operates online dating products including Tinder, Match, Meetic, OkCupid, Hinge, Pairs, PlentyOfFish and OurTime”
Change “Dubey graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology and subsequently obtained an MS from the Ohio State University.” to “Dubey earned a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in 1993 and subsequently obtained an MS from the Ohio State University.”
Hi
LeannaTruong. Most of these look doable but I'll take a closer look. I don't see a source for age, birthplace or degrees. I can take a look as well but do you have one? --

I'm still looking for a source for birth place. Ohio State University is already up there. Do you mean a source for the Engineering Degree, or is the source there not good enough? How's
https://techlive.wsj.com/person/sharmistha-dubey/ for the degree?
I haven't found anything for birth place, so let's leave that alone for now.
Can you make these other changes?
Under career, as the first sentence, "Dubey began her career in product engineering at Texas Instruments and i2 Technologies prior to joining Match.com in 2006. She has served in various roles across the portfolio, including President of Match Group Americas, overseeing all product, engineering and revenue functions at the portfolio’s domestic brands, Chief Product Officer of Match and Chief Product Officer and EVP of The Princeton Review. Dubey additionally served as EVP for Tutor.com from 2013-2014."
Add "succeeding Mandy Ginsberg who stepped down from her role due to personal reasons. Shar took the helm at a pivotal time for the business, just as the Coronavirus pandemic was hitting the U.S. and three months ahead of Match Group’s spin off from IAC." after "to CEO."
Sources:
Add "In summer 2020, Match Group reported that engagement across all brands has been significantly up since the pandemic started and that the stock was near all-time highs."
Hi
LeannaTruong, thanks for all that. If there any more edits, I'd recommend a new section. There's a lot here already.
Most of those edits look fine, but a few comments:
We'll need a better source for TI and i2 Technologies
That paragraph looks to be lifted directly from WSJ TechLive. I can try to rewrite, unless you want to try.
I'll probably need to rewrite "pivotal time" since that's bit marketing-esque
Edits for a different page need a new request. You can ping me when you post it and I'll try to get it too.
For the 30%, a few things I saw from the sources you listed:
In 2020, 30% of adults in the US used online dating, up from 11% in 2013, according to Pew
0% met online in 1995 and 22% met online in 2009
65% of same-sex couples who met in 2017 met online. 39% of heterosexual couple met online in 2017
For both, it's the main way people met
54% of people used an app for dating in 2015.
Not sure what data from that you want to use to add color. Maybe just something after her appointment as president, that by then more couples met online than other way.
Thank you!! Can you use the "In 2020, 30% of adults in the US used online dating, up from 11% in 2013, according to Pew” via tech crunch. I agree that we should add it after “her appointment as president” for placement.
