How this article misrepresents this issue (i.e. China is still very conservative regarding this and just about everything else)
It's true that you could meet some free-thinking people in China, and see homosexual couples in China, etc., but still the average person in China has very traditional view of this. Did this article mention how if there is ever an advertisement for underwear, or breast enlargements, they always use obviously non-Chinese people.
Note how there is no Chinese article about this subject...

removing POV tag with no active discussion per
Template:POV
I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at
Template:POV:
This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:
There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.
Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. Thanks to everybody working on this one! --

Change from what: this article discusses nothing except the opening up and change of chinese attitudes
This article discusses nothing except the opening up and change of chinese attitudes, but without any idea of what old attitudes were and how they might still exist in the society, this article is deeply flawed.

More than anything this article is incredibly recentist and does not cover enough of China's sexual norms before Mao's rule, and there is almost nothing related to pre-Westernized China. These absolutely need to be added to the article.
