Should we have headings for, say, San Francisco and Los Angeles instead of just D.C. and "other cities?" It's not like there's any lack of material for other cities; DC just had the most people. Rogue 9 02:07, 3 October 2005 (UTC)
we need a lot of photos and not ones of fools either.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Grazon ( talk • contribs) 25 Sept 2005
Since it seems we have a lot of photos already, and it's (A) starting to look somewhat haphazard, and (B) I haven't even added my own photos yet, I'm going to create a "gallery" section at either the bottom of the article, or the bottom of the section for DC. Haven't decided which way yet.
I also plan to add photos from the World Bank/IMF feeder march, some of the Black Bloc's separate march, as well as photos from the mainstream march.
Also, I don't know how helpful it will be, but I have my own photo spread on the day's events already (which is why I'm so late in working on this article), and maybe someone can find something useful in there. SchuminWeb • Talk 05:01, 16 October 2005 (UTC)
Okay, unfortunately the first guy to post his pictures put them on Village Photos, and everyone else followed suit instead of getting a real host. Working on rehosting the better ones now. Rogue 9 03:02, 17 October 2005 (UTC)
I found this photo on the Cindy Sheehan article. . Its nice 'cus it show the crowd as a whole. However, I am dubiuos about its copyright status, it is soursed from indymedia were it is listed as public domain but I think its probally been nicked from a news story as there is no explantion of how the idividual got the arial shot.-- JK the unwise 22:01, 21 October 2005 (UTC)
"We are preparing for as many as 20,000 people, just to be on the safe side," said Kristinn Taylor, a leader of FreeRepublic.com, one of the sponsors. "People have been fired up over the past month, especially military family members, and they want to be heard." Hey, I found this wiki page and decided to post my photos from the anti-war. Yes it's a bit late, but I think they are really great photos. I don't want to step on any toes though, and add some to the main article. SeanWDP 06:55, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
There was a counter protest set up at the J Edgar Building that I have three photos of, but I have no idea how to code it in a clean way, like the picture of the Breakaway march section. If someone could help me out, it would be much appreciated.

They're fairly blurry, so I think honestly the only thing they should be used for is small thumbnails.... I was walking while I took the pictures and decided not to slow down and take a steady shot, I was afraid someone would either run me over or the counter protesters would come after me —The preceding unsigned comment was added by SeanWDP ( talk • contribs) 22:49, 31 December 2006 (UTC).

One user constantly reverts edits I have made removing shameful self advertisement to a commercial website. Could an admin or crat please ban him for a length of time so he learns his lesson? Goodandhonestwhig ( talk) 12:33, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
Okay, I was incorrect about their being no citation for the report of protesters mistaking backfirings for rubber bullets. Mea culpa. But...I feel the website linked to is heavily biased...a concept I really haven't encountered much on Wikipedia, i.e. links to sites that seem biased. Food for thought. P.S. I probably missed a wikipedia policy page; I've done it before. Lots42 ( talk) 19:58, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
