The Seneca Park Zoo confirmed in 2020, they will make two large updates. The first being Tropics Complex, which the zoo will make some living tropical rainforest exhibits, bringing back their ring tailed lemurs, white handed gibbons and bornean orangutans, as well as housing lowland gorillas for the first time. They will also make an Aquarium featuring california sea lions, african penguins, polar bear, fish, coral and reef sharks, but it's unclear whether they will have dolphins, orcas, jellyfish, octopuses, sea turtles, manatees, macaws, sloths, anteaters, toucans, tapirs or pygmy hippopotamuses in the future with these large updates.
