oppose - I fail to see how individual scout camps do not have the right to have wikipedia pages. If you don't like the article, expand on it. I see mild bad-faith on the part of the nominator as this is one of several camps they have put up for merging. Regional Notability is still notability.

Oppose - Camps are an important part of local scouting history and carry a lot of notability. I see no reason to merge this article, but it could use expansion.
