The consensus at the above referenced NFCR discussion is that the use of the image in this article does not satisfy
WP:NFCC#8. The image is not being used as the primary means of identification of the subject of this article in the infobox as is being claimed in its non-free use rationale. The image is also not the subject of any sourced critical commentary with in the article itself, and the caption provided for the image may be true, but no source is cited in support so
it cannot be verified so it is essentially
original research. Moreover, how the image significantly improves the reader's understanding of this particular article is not clear at all. The image seems to be being used purely for decorative purposes which something that is not allowed per NFCC#8. -
