Having had a look at the very limited resources directly available via the articles, I see no real reason why this article (North Second Division) and First Division were created earlier this year. There has been no change of ownership of the league, and the changes can be explained in a matter of a few sentences. The 'old' division articles have been named as Division One and Division Two to the separate them, but looking at the North Region JFA archives, they were always known as First Division and Second Division going back to 2012. Unless a good explanation and references are provided for the need to have separate articles, I will be having them merged.
