Here you can the manual of style for English Wikipedia: "For non-classical foreign-language recordings, usage of capitalization found in English-language reliable sources is recommended".
As an example you can visit Billboard and Rolling Stone articles for the accurate usage of capitalization for "Dime Quien????":

ItsMario97: I know that in the Spanish language only the first letters of the songs are capitalized, but it is preferred to follow the recommendations of English Wikipedia here. Also, I'm sure at least Billboard Latin music critics are informed of that, as they are Latin themselves (For example
Leila Cobo is Colombian), but since this is an English article, they prefer to capitalize each word.
