“Sam Phillips Avenue” is an honorary designation, not the official name of the street. I replaced it with the address of the building, which is well known to fans. Jwicklatz ( talk) 21:44, 23 October 2017 (UTC)

Just ran through famous quote, now it came from Ike Turner. Ike Turner said in an interview, that Dewey played their fresh recording (Rocket 88) and white kids began to buy it like crazy, that's when Sam got the idea: "Well, man, if I get me a white boy to sound like a black boy, then I got a gold mine"...
