The only official mixed-case source I've found for the title is the youtube trailer title: "Gat Out of Hell". What is the source for the lowercase "out" used here? - User452 ( talk) 06:32, 15 September 2014 (UTC)
Okay, the title has been reverted back and forth a few times so it's time for discussion. Bat Out of Hell, the source of this article's parodied title, uses the capital "o" (see Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Music/MUSTARD/Capitalization and Talk:Bat Out of Hell). As it turns out, although the official youtube videos use a variety of capitalisations, and Volition representatives refused to clarify it when asked, the main menu screen says "Welcome to Saints Row: Gat out of Hell" (verbatim). - User452 ( talk) 05:53, 23 January 2015 (UTC)
Why is Gat Out of Hell considered an expansion, standalone or otherwise? A large portion of its art, writing, dialog, audio/music, mocap/animation, effects, and no shortage of programming was unique to it. And it doesn't reuse any more of the Saints Row 3 engine/assets than Saints Row 4 did, though SR4 did start off as the Enter the Dominatrix expansion pack idea.
