Phrases like "The live music scene in Vancouver suffers from not being able to maintain thriving venues" are statements of opinions in the form of fact, and shouldn't be included, even with a citation. Something more along the lines of "SASS believe that the live music scene..." is more neutral and encyclopediac. Once these issues are rectified, feel free to remove the banner. Cheers!

I believe I have addressed your point. Although you say that "once these issues are rectified..." implying that there is more than one issue. I only could see the one. Any others? Thanks for pointing that out!
