Missing Facts
There are a couple of facts missing from the article. Firstly Ian Stewart became Deputy Chairman - not chairman - when McGregor-Smith was appointed as CEO (references:
Management Today and
This is Money). Secondly it's worth adding to the information box that McGregor-Smith is married and has two children (references:
City AM and
Sunday Times).

Also the article title should include CBE after Ruby McGregor-Smith's name and again after her name in the first line.

At a glance, I can't see references to Stewart's becoming Deputy Chairman in the two sources you cite here.
Do you want to make a specific suggestion for the infobox additions?
Both these changes are now done - the family information as a separate "Personal life" section that is then also summarised in the infobox. I can't access the Sunday Times article, though the CityAm one is sufficient for this.
A number of Wikipedia Good Articles on businesspeople seem to list the children's first names in the infobox; I'm not sure if just listing "2" as I've done is generally acceptable. Does the Sunday Times article mention their names? If not, they could probably be added without a source if you know them. Likewise also years of birth (I don't think exact dates of birth should be listed) - the CityAm article describes them as 15 and 13 but that gets out of date too easily.

Qualification
Mcgregor-Smith actually qualified as an accountant in 1990 then joined Serco in 1991, so the sentence should read:
She qualified in 1990 and in 1991 joined Serco Group PLC, an outsourcing firm, where she worked for nine years in a range of operational and financial roles. If someone would be kind enough to make this change. Thanks
