I fail to grasp the significance of this paragraph. Is it to indicate who is eligible for Fellowship? But then, what is the significance of the 5 people named? -- dunnhaupt 15:30, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
The opening paragraph of this article duplicates this source, which includes a clearly incompatible license with "all rights reserved".
