According to the MOS, all-caps is a typographical choice (like font or boldface) and is not to be used when referring to items or sources using all-caps as such (this of course does not apply for acronyms).
I converted the odd hyphen to an endash, added a few commas, split a sentence and other small stuff.
I'm uncertain if the second external link is appropriate, but I'll let it pass.
