What does that mean: "exposed evidence of collusion between officers?" Did his officers work together? In the police force? Like, talk to each other, go out on patrol together? Or does this mean a different type of collusion? And what, if there were consequences for the families "touched" by the collusion, were these? Mr Flanagan is listed in the above category but the article has almost nothing on his role in cricket, so I hope someone could elaborate that?
