The airport is not listed as João Paulo II anywhere.
The airport's own website calls itself simply Ponta Delgada, and has no mention of João Paulo.
Template:Regions of Portugal: statistical (NUTS3) subregions and intercommunal entities are confused; they are not the same in all regions, and should be sublisted separately in each region: intermunicipal entities are sometimes larger and split by subregions (e.g. the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon has two subregions), some intercommunal entities are containing only parts of subregions. All subregions should be listed explicitly and not assume they are only intermunicipal entities (which accessorily are not statistic subdivisions but real administrative entities, so they should be listed below, probably using a smaller font: we can safely eliminate the subgrouping by type of intermunicipal entity from this box).

The title was inherited from the original version from the Spanish Wikipedia and it seems that the logic is that the name
Hispania was exclusively the Roman name for the Iberian Peninsula and thus is only ever used within this context.

Some of the names in this article, particularly the "Wars of Conquest" section, need to be translated back into Latin. I'd do it, but I'm not certain of some of the originals. -o is not a masculine nominative ending in Latin: Marco Fulvio should probably Marcus Fulvius, but there should be a nomen as well as a praenomen - e.g. Marcus Fulvius Nobilor. Can anyone help with this?

Done. Thank you for catching the vandalism. It had been there for more than two weeks. :~( In the future don't hesitate to remove it yourself - we'll all be appreciative!
