To add to this article: Hur's Korean name (in hangul/hanja). Is it 로버트 경 허? 76.190.213.189 ( talk) 02:52, 14 January 2023 (UTC)
From first sentence of executive summary of "Report on the Investigation Into Unauthorized Removal, Retention, and Disclosure of Classified Documents Discovered at Locations Including the Penn Eiden Center and the Delaware Private Residence of President Joseph R. Biden, Jr., Special Counsel Robert K. Hur "
"We conclude that no criminal charges are warranted in this matter. 1 We would reach the same conclusion even if Department of Justice policy did not foreclose criminal charges against a sitting president." — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.37.29.172 ( talk) 20:52, 9 February 2024 (UTC)
Article states that his parents are "South Korean". Were they immigrants? In this case, it would be correct to state that they were US citizens hailing from South Korea. -- Bernardoni ( talk) 01:52, 8 February 2024 (UTC)

I just wanted to add that the quote about biden’s memory is false. Hur didn’t say Biden is a well meaning elderly old man with a poor memory. What he said was that he wouldn’t bring charges because Biden would PORTRAY HIMSELF as such. Big difference. He didn’t claim Biden is those things. He merely said that is how he portrayed himself in depositions, and in trial if he portrayed himself as such again(whether it is true or an act) it would make it hard to prosecute him.
Please fix. 73.194.244.115 ( talk) 10:52, 10 February 2024 (UTC)
Hur clerked for Judge Alex Kozinski for two years, a poisonous atmosphere, given Kozinski's burying the allegations against Judge Cebull, the sexual harassment, the distribution of bestiality porn, etc, etc to which he indulged himself. How can this be disregarded? What's wrong with calling Kozinski "controversial?" Activist ( talk) 22:11, 8 March 2024 (UTC)
At a minimum, there should be reliable sources showing a direct relationship between the conduct of the third parties and the conduct of the subject (i.e. a nexus), or that the subject knew or should have known about and could have prevented the conduct of the third parties. We don't have any sources linking Hur to the allegations against Kozinski. In his testimony before the U.S. Congress on March 12, 2024, Hur stated that his mother's family originated in North Korea. 98.123.38.211 ( talk) 14:33, 12 March 2024 (UTC)
