Charlie Rose's (first?) interview tonite (the long one), with
Kai Bird, has far more detail than our article abt Ames. Surely he'He was flogging his latest book, The Good Spy:
The Life and Death of Robert Ames, which surely will have more detail than the interview. And by the way, ditch GoodReads's blogs as a ref, at least for going beyond the title, in favor of my Amazon link above or something sounder yet. --
