The article title and lead should display the same name - but in the title van uses a small 'v', but the lead uses a big 'V'. Which one of these is right? Severo ^{T C} 22:16, 3 January 2008 (UTC) reply

In Belgium, "Van" is almost always capitalized, so "Rik Van Steenbergen" is probably correct; most sources agree. I've moved it. -- Eugène van der Pijll ( talk) 14:44, 4 January 2008 (UTC) reply
