This article was suggested to be speedily deleted after a few minutes after it is created. It is no wonder that it is being challenged at the point, since only the infobox was created then . I do not believe the ground for deletion still exists, as I believe this article does have some values to individuals who are interested in public libraries in Ontario. Do you know that RHPL requires members to renew their library cards every year? Do you know that , like many public libraries in Ontario, RHPL was originated from a coop organization known as Mechanics Institute? In itself, RHPL is one of the heavily-used public library system in York Region. I think it deserves an entry in Wikipedia. --

I removed the speedy delete before I noticed your comment here, such is the fame of the Mechanics Institute (I see it in digitised books all the time). Nice work on fixing up the article.
