Non-terrestrial technology?
In the event that the AATIP report concludes that alien technology is responsible, what if any
legal status applies to patents awarded when verification of a non terrestrial origin is present?
It seems that this may be a valid point given that we've "reverse engineered" metallurgy
from iron containing meteorites and some advances in basic science came from astronomical
