As the reviewing admin, I put an "underconstruction" tag on it. You have about a week to do some work on it. In practice at WP, you need to write the article first off line, of it will often get deleted. it's not supposed to work that way, but it unfortunately does. Remember to give references properly. The article has been, by the look of it, copied from German Wikipedia and put through some kind of online translation prog. The English is terrible and I've edited each paragraph with reference to the original so as to make it easier to understand.
