I'm recommending that we merge Eastern Montana and Western Montana into this article. Both are poorly sourced, rambling articles and at times become drama magnets. There is no single consistent definition for either, so might as well put them here and improve sourcing. Due to the nature of the proposal, discussion is best consolidated here at the target page.
