The article talks about "the amount of marine food", which is very vague: what is being eaten and by whom? Does it mean hoe much fish are taken out and eaten by humans? Does it mean the amount of algae and coral available for fish to eat? Is it the total weight that has increased, volume, or the number of items?
Also, this reads as if there were 400 times the amount increased by a certain value, whereas I suspect that it increases to 400 times the original value.
If we cannot figure out what is meant exactly, we should update the sentence to explain that the information available is vague.
