Nizil Shah: The article is new enough and long enough. I do have some issues, however, with content. One is that I find the hook very boring. Another is that in the first paragraph, almost every sentence starts with "She". (Also, how do you participate in a court-martial for 31 years?) You will also need a QPQ to get this nomination complete, but I would first advise improving the writing quality of the article as it could use improvement.

Thanks for review. I have requested copyedit at GOCE so someone will help. Meanwhile I will do QPQ and add ALT hook.-

Nizil Shah, that hook is a huge improvement. It will need an inline citation at the end of its associated sentence in the article, which I see it does not presently have. I've tried to make the writing less repetitive, as well.
