Search for the Anglicized Pali spelling of Sandamala Linkara: It's typically translated as Candamala Lankara or Candamalalankara. Also search for New Chronicle of Rakhaing/Rakhine/Arakan. You'll see plenty. (Sandamala Linkara is based on Burmese pronunciation.)
I'm sure you asked the question in good faith. And I'm sure you didn't mean to come across as a condescending First World snob, questioning the authenticity / existence of a book from a poor country. Most, if not all, of the books/journals published in Myanmar even today still don't have an ISBN or ISSN. That Myanmar is still behind in cataloging its publications, and that the country remains way behind in worldwide publication norms are all fair game to point out. But must we jump to "a complete fake" so early in the game? Isn't it equally probable (much more probable IMO) that neither WorldCat and KVK contains the complete list of books published everywhere? Just because a book doesn't have an ISBN or is cataloged in some catalog doesn't automatically mean it doesn't exist or it's a fake. AGF, please.
