Image:Raju srivastav.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under
fair use but there is no
explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the
boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with
fair use.
Please go to
the image description page and edit it to include a
fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at
Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on
criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the
Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
Many news sites some of them notable too have copied this article
I have found that several news sites, some of them notable too have copied parts of this article including filmography. They should not be used as a source here. And the Wikipedia article should not be tagged as copyright violation, because it is the news sites that have copied it from Wikipedia.

Kpddg yes good idea. Can we use this if some sections of the article have been copied. Also there are soo many sites doing this, basically since the time his death was announced, most news sites (mostly Godi media sites) have been doing this. For example India TV copied Wikipedia article, did some copy edit added some of their own paras and published. I think not a lot of coverage about life of Srivastav is available online, so most of them have copied wikipedia. It is because of this reason of
WP:CIRCULAR reference that I did not use any reference from 21 September 2022 for the unsourced filmography entries I linked above. I will try to add this template if I come across another copy edit.

Venkat TL's edits
I have reverted the restoration of what can be best described as sneaky POV pushing by Venkat TL, when it was already removed by someone else with proper edit summaries.
The removed edits include:
false claim that a one-off comment from Srivastav on Shilpa Shinde affected his career - it makes no sense. You have to prove how it affected his "Career".
Restoration of Joshi's comments when he already removed the post and made apology as described
here.
BLP violation by calling Srivastav a "hypocrite"
Addition of an anti-Raju Srivastav Tweet on external links.
I have never written anyline that said "comment from Srivastav on Shilpa Shinde affected his career". You are making blatantly false accusations. Please provide a diff or remove your false comments. Other topics discussed below.

You added it on "career", that's how you falsely implied it to be related to his career. There was no need for you to start a new section over the concerns with your editing when I had already started this section.

Not only this is undue and unrelated to his career, but it also cherrypicks the source. Both sources say "Raju Srivastava calls the video misrepresented" and he says "his dialogues were edited and misrepresented".❯❯❯Pravegag=9.816:06, 22 September 2022 (UTC)reply
Well,
obituaries are not necessarily the desirous sources for writing controversial aspects about a BLP. Concerns that the language employed to characterize the subject is incongruent with the precepts of
WP:BLP are tangible and legitimate and you would do well to exercise caution about it too. You could find websites like scoopwhoop for just about anything, but
Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information that it needs to publish a whole bunch of lines about what the trolls on Twitter do or write about a subject, unless in the exceptional case of an overwhelming and sustained coverage about the whole issue in
WP:RS to the point of making it
WP:DUE, which is doubtlessly not the case here.

Death section
It is normal for actors with fan base to have condolences from public figures. such a list of people who wrote condolences is not encyclopedic. Nowhere is such a list added to bio. That is why I have removed it. Do not restore the list. Seek consensus first.

Dympies thank you for bringing it to my notice, I have removed the ugly list. You can join the discussion here
Talk:Rajesh_Khanna#List_of_people_who_paid_homage?. Dont discuss Rajesh Khanna here. Why do you think a list of people who mourned his death is encyclopedic? Normally this is not added on Wikipedia. Someone wrongly added on Rajesh Khanna and I have removed it.

You are clearly violating
WP:POINT there. Those who shared their condolences on his death are notable people and clearly deserve a mention. Though it would be unencyclopedic only if a tribute section is created for that and their reactions have been expanded but that is not the case here.❯❯❯Pravegag=9.816:13, 22 September 2022 (UTC)reply
He is not the king of Comedy. Stop adding it. As explained in the article. He won the title of "The King of Comedy" in its spin-off show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge – Champions. Some news sites have copied the same.

There are tbousands of reliable sources that identify him as such. You can't remove something by using your own judgement without basis. --

Dympies I have checked both the sources. None of them say he is widely called King of Comedy. This is blatant misrepresentation of the source. Especially not in Wikipedia voice.

You started the section called "reception" thus it needs to be mentioned. These sources clearly mention him as "King of comedy". We can find tons of reliable sources which say the same thing that's why I wrote "Widely". Just because you dispute this titling (
WP:OR), it doesn't mean you get to remove it outright. ❯❯❯Pravegag=9.815:02, 22 September 2022 (UTC)reply
All we have is his self claims, about looks of Amitabh Bachchan. He is not even remotely a look alike of
Amitabh Bachchan. Both sources have him bragging about his looks etc. This should not be restored back.
Venkat TL (

"Being Amitabh Bachchan's lookalike formed Raju Srivastava's identity" is the source's own assertion than a repetition of Srivastav's claim. "The comedian became popular because of his uncanny resemblance to the Shahenshah of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan"
[2] is another. Just because your observation is different (
WP:OR) than these reliable sources then you don't get to remove the content. Your only bet is to find multiple reliable sources which dispute this identification.❯❯❯Pravegag=9.814:59, 22 September 2022 (UTC)reply
None of these sources that are discussing Raju and AB say that he was a look alike. You are grossly misrepresenting a fringe view and posting as mainstream view. Please provide
Secondary sources if you want to include this claim.

They are
WP:RS. They have written about his looks resembling that of Amitabh Bachchan in their own words. If they have found anything wrong with that then they would have said so, or else you could find any reliable sources to dispute this identification in order to back your make-believe "mainstream view".❯❯❯Pravegag=9.815:14, 22 September 2022 (UTC)reply

"I have watched his movies and as a comedienne I learned a lot from him, but now who is going to guide us when the king of comedy is no more. I watched him on 'The Great Indian Laughter Challenge', he inspired me a lot. It's a great loss for the entire country. I don't have words to express how I am feeling right now," Bharti added.[3] 100% supported by source.

Now that you have checked and understood that you had not added proper source as a reference, Dont you think you should apologize for starting this dispute by adding a wrong source as a reference? Secondly, why are you adding this quote?
