I will request deletion of article because there is no point of having a non-revnue subway car in the navel box.If you want to keep the article,please add articles about other non-revenue equipment. We should keep this page, it is still a subway car. If you want to create article articles for other non-revenue cars, go ahead, but you are going to have to create a user account and find reliable information for those cars.
