Implications that Golan is not Syria
There are implications in the text that Golan is not Syria. "cross one way through the passage to study, work and live in Syria." and "export of Druze-grown apples to Syria".. this is the Israeli view that its not Syria and against the rest of the world views, its Israel pov and undue weight. --
