"humanitarian crisis"
I've moved this page back to wording more similar to the original name. I suggest "Humanitarian crisis" is not appropriate in this case. I've searched for other articles with "humanitarian crisis" in the title and all have referred to incidences involving war and mass deaths. I don't think there is any situation in Quebec that warrants such a title. Good day—

It is not necessary for there to be a war for there to be a humanitarian crisis and it is not us as Wikipedia users who choose to be called that way but rather the references.
