Existence based on Transports Quebec
I've created this article because it is detected in the Transports Quebec website in the Road Conditions section as well as the road map network for the Capitale-Nationale region. Google Maps does not detect this road, known only as Boulevard Champlain. The French Wikipedia also has an article on that route.--

Autoroute 720 has been renamed Route 136. The name Route 136 already applies to a highway near Quebec City, so both the old Route 136 and the former Autoroute 720 should be covered by a single article. Eastmain (
