Folks, IIRC there have been two professional baseball leagues. At least it was so in 2001. Regretfully I don't know the current situation. But until 2001 -First a professional league was settled. -Because of the reason I forget another league was settled. Then there were two leagues and 10 teams. Those two league had no relationship, nor game between themselves. -Then a nationwide financial problem occured and both leagues faced a financial problem. -In a bigger league a scandal occured like Blacksox case. At last two teams disappeared.
