Melatonin for treatment

I've added some evidence from a recent Cochrane systematic review to the section about treatment, suggesting Melatonin is an effective treatment without serious side effects. I also changed the heading name. Robbeigh ( talk) 15:58, 6 May 2015 (UTC) reply
