I'm removing the comment in the 997 section about the irony of the GT2 having a 3.6L vs a 3.8L it's not ironic at all, bore was reduced to increase wall thickness to allow for higher cylinder pressures, this is a VERY common practice for forced induction engines. ~~
I reverted some edits by
Igorjov (
talk·contribs) who changed the top speed in several places to 347.8 kph, but I couldn't find a source to back it up. A little Googling found Car and Driver and Top Gear articles that both quote 205 mph, so I added the Top Gear article as a source. Also, it seems the converter didn't correctly handle what he entered (347,8) and moved the comma so it became 3,478 kph. This car is fast, but not Mach 3 fast. Note that the top speeds in question (993, 997, 997 RS) match the provided sources, so if someone wants to change them he'll have to provide a new source to back it up.
