There is no property of an article. You do not own any articles nor anybody else. This is wikipedia, where everybody can edit. And please read carefully how to use tags. —

Ayden161, if you can add some references to the article, particularly about the average income of the area, that would be appreaciated. While it's certianly not your "own" article, you can be a major contributor to it if you know alot about the subject. --

I live in Pondok Indah, and in terms of residents living in mansions, I would estimate 90% are expatriates and the remaining 10% are wealthy Indonesians. If you count lower-class Indonesians, such as maids, as residents then of course this figure will be lower.

This entire article reads like the unsourced opinions of an expat living in the neighborhood. I added a citations needed tag, but considering the first posting on the talk page (see above), I'd probably just move for speedy deletion.
