I'm no expert on executives, but shouldn't game developers get the same treatment as the games themselves on Wikipedia, as in: way too much information. It says he led development on CD-ROM games, but mentions only one, etc. Sam ( talk) 01:47, 19 January 2017 (UTC)

I work for Microsoft, and would like to add the following text to the article.
To the lead paragraph, add the following sentence and sources:
Phil Spencer is an American business executive, who is the Executive Vice President of Gaming at
Microsoft.

With respect to individuals working within the Xbox division, the term head of is not an administrative position as defined by Microsoft HRD. The subject's official title in this role is executive vice president of Gaming at Microsoft. Accordingly:
