I have removed this section, at least temporarily. As stated above, this needs to be much more selective, and not OR/SYNTH. We need WP:RS published sources that explicitly state that Foulger is ancestor of person X, or that person X is descendant of Foulger, not just pick out from the family genealogy people whom Wikipedia editors think are worth naming.

this blog posting? It's best to not use blog postings, and in this case Johns Hopkins University Press posts a disclaimer that they cannot validate the accuracy of the information. I might, though, be able to search on the information and come up with reliable sources by backing into it.
Good point. Thank you for the blog-post clarification. I'll also do some more searching to see if I can help find a more reliable source.
