Somebody needs to fix up this article, or perhaps just start over. "With remarkable tenacity and immeasurable hard work..."? This is supposed to be an encyclopedia, not a little diary. Geek210 ( talk) 06:14, 1 September 2011 (UTC) reply

This is regarding the hand-stamping section of this version. While it does seem superficially like gossip, this was covered in more-or-less reliable national media, [1] [2] [3] (or international if we want to count the Daily Mail, but I'd rather not). It was also in local media over an extended period of time, [4] [5] which suggest lasting encyclopedic significance. At the very least, removing it without comment is non-productive.
