Peabody Trust → Peabody — Peabody Trust rebranded in 2008 and is now simply known as Peabody. Peabody london ( talk) 10:31, 19 January 2010 (UTC)
I think Andrewa's point above is backwards -- the official name is Peabody Trust, but the operating name is Peabody. Although I just moved it back to Peabody Trust, a move to Peabody (housing association), with brackets, would meet the policy at WP:COMMONNAME. - Fayenatic (talk) 20:22, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
