The referenced article for the re-programmable magstripe doesn't feel too solid and the product it refers to seems to be vapourware that never came to fruition. I can't seem to be able to find many references to actual dynamic magstripe cards, payment or otherwise- do they even exist? Should the mention remain or perhaps be reworded as a concept that was explored but never came to be?

Weak oppose: The article discusses various types of payment cards, which are the most tangible and visible part of the related payment systems that are involved in the end-user experience. The article also discusses the various kinds of card-reading technologies, such as embossing readers, magnetic strip readers, chip readers and proximity readers (but seems to neglect the possibility of just submitting "card account" information to a website or writing it on a piece of paper that is conveyed to a biller for processing). Nearly all cards support several of these reading technologies. I could envision a hypothetical argument for removing the word "'card", since there may not always be a physical card involved in the use of these payment systems; but the proposal doesn't consider that question. The proposed title is less
WP:CONCISE, and I don't see anything really being accomplished by the lengthening. —

Sorry for my first card i use for PayPal is expired but dont worry i go to bank and make new card and then i use the new card for the payment method
