This article appears to be of an appropriate length for the subject matter under discussion. It is also appropriately categorized and wikified.
By nature, stubbing and tagging articles devalues them, giving them an aura of unreliability and making them seem less credible. As part of my personal campaign to free up articles that have been stubbed and tagged without cause, this article has been disenstubbified.
In truth, every article on WP could be expanded. But that fact alone doesn't qualify an article as a stub. If you see room for improvement, go for it. (Of course, this is rather an obscure topic. I'd be astonished if there was actually any additional information to be had.)

I am sure there is. I believe that half a planet away I have a small booklet about this, which can surely be canibalized for many information. And who knows what goodies a simple google search would do. I have already added a tidbit of information to the article. Let's play a game: whenever we decide to add or remove the tag to this article, we will add some information. Hopefully in a few passes we both will agree that it is not a stub :) --

Any reference that this was worn by Belarusians? By 19th century, when Belarusian national conciousness emerged, this clothing was quickly losing its popularity, and it was worn primarily by conservative Polish-Lithuanian nobility (peasant garb was
sukmana). --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus|
