Its states in
101 Dalmations#Trivia that this the Panther De Ville was not produced 12 year after the movie was released, so therefore the car
Cruella De Vil she owns is not the Panther Deville. This i have further verified at
[1] and
[2] both listing it as being first produced in 1974 while
101 Dalmations was made in 1961.
The previous statement is RUBBISH, both the Disney films starring Glenn Close used a Panther DeVille Saloon which was heavily modified for the film. I know as I visited Special Effects Studio at Shepperton during modification. www.pantherclub.co.uk
The talk page to which you have linked is for the article on the animated movie
One Hundred and One Dalmatians which was made in 1964, which was ten (not twelve) years before production of the Panther De Ville began. The statement is therefore quite true about that movie. The movie to which you refer is
101 Dalmatians (1996 film), which quite possibly features a De Ville as Cruella de Vil's car.

Another Panther
In the film Sweeney 2, there is a very adult sequence involving one of these cars as one of the protagonists strips down ending with an American voice saying "Remember... rubber is recyclable!"
