I propose to merge this poorly sourced and trivial article into Studebaker-Packard Corporation where the terminal problems of Packard can be more fully understood without the aid of personal opinions unfairly derogatory of the Studebaker Corporation, which was also trying to save itself from the marketing practices of 'the big two' carmakers.
