-> We use this in accordance to their sister airlines, Jetstar Asia Airways. The name of that article is "Jetstar Asia Aiways", not "Jetstar Asia", although they always use "Jetstar Asia" as their trading name, not "Jetstar Asia Airways". Some said that it is due to the official company name, which is "Jetstar Asia Airways Private Limited". For this airline, the official company name is "Jetstar Pacific Airlines Joint Stock Aviation Company", so the same thing should applies as well. So, we have 3 sister airlines whose name we use are, "
Jetstar Airways", "
Jetstar Asia Airways", and "Jetstar Pacific Airlines".

-> In addition, for all ticket offices and travel agents of "Jetstar Pacific" in Vietnam, they all use the banner "Jetstar Pacific Airlines". Actually, the 3 "Jetstar" sister airlines use the single brand name, which is "Jetstar" only, but when it comes to differentiate, they add the word "Airways" or "Airlines".

-> In addition, for all emails sent from this airline to customers, it is titled in the "From" as "Jetstar Pacific Airlines", not "Jetstar Pacific".

As of 29 July 2020, the ticketing system has been migrated from Jetstar Pacific’s website (
www.jetstar.com) to Pacific Airlines website (
www.pacificairlines.com.vn), so I think this page should have major changes like the article title, the website... And I would like someone to make the .svg file for the new logo. Thank you.

Support I agree with the user above that readers can easily mix up the two subjects. However, we have two articles with similar names, one of which is certainly called this title and one of which is certainly not. The most effective solution would be to make the base page the topic that actually has that name, with a hatnote up top directing users who are looking for the similar one. The base name is already directing to this page anyway.--

I certainly agree there should be a move, but I would strongly oppose the latter option. At least at the current setup users searching Pacific Airlines without a space are brought to the only topic at that name. This is the perfect example of where a hatnote is useful -- to direct readers to a similarly but unquestionably differently named topic -- rather than sending users through a second page first.--

Support as proposed. I'm pretty sure that our much-maligned SMALLDETAILS remains policy, meaning there is no actual competition for the primary topic claim. The current disaster of a title cannot stand, certainly, with the base name redirecting here.
