Vishvas vasuki, I'm sorry for the summary. I actually did not mean that. Last month we had a lot of external link spamming on
Chandrayaan-3 during the time of its launching. So first I thought the same was the happening here. But you are a good contributor to this encyclopaedia and I appreciate your efforts. YouTube sources are generally considered unreliable. That is the reason why I removed it.

If using the link as a source to support article content, then you must establish that the uploader and the video meet the standards for a reliable source.

Why does the uploader come into picture given that the subject is speaking? Isn't the fact that the subject is describing his career progression sufficient to establish the video's reliabillity?
