One thing to remind ourselves is to include paralympic results as well as competitions from several seasons leading up to the Games. --

Name
It might be better to have this article re-written as "Own the Podium" (the umbrella body), as oppose to just the "Own the Podium - 2010" (the winter sport program). This would become a broader article including "Road to Excellence". Thoughts? --

Rewrite
In light of the article move per consensus, there needs to be rewriting of the article as Own the Podium the umbrella program with subsections on Own the Podium 2010 and Road to Excellence. --

Move?

Rewritting article to focus on the umbrella program instead of the Winter portion of it. "Own the Podium" currently has a redirect and I cannot do it myself.

Comment yeah, see above discussion. There may be yet another related "Road to Excellence" article as more editors take interest. My question is, do we need three articles covering one similar idea. Much of the history and program of "Own the Podium" is the same as "Own the Podium - 2010". "Road to Excellence" is probably of similar length, but shorter than "Own the Podium - 2010". --

Comment To put into perspective, this article was created in 2006 before the
Turin Games (if memory serves), when the program WAS called "Own the Podium - 2010". The umbrella body "Own the Podium" and the summer arm "Road to Excellence" were created later in the year. "Own the Podium - 2010" remains the winter arm of the program. It'd be interesting to see what name the winter program will take, if still exist, for the
Sochi Games.--

Comment the program didn't exist back then, so there couldn't be a "2006" or a "2002". The program was specifically started for the Vancouver Olympics, because it is the Canadian Olympics.
